Game Informer can exclusively reveal a full track from Summerfall Studios’ upcoming Stray Gods: The Role-Playing Musical called “Adrift.” This track features the voice of Laura Bailey (Abby in The Last of Us Part II, Mary Jane in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2), who plays protagonist Grace, a college dropout in the game’s modern fantasy world granted the power of a Muse. Grace uses this power “to find out the truth behind her predecessor’s death before time runs out.” You might also recognize Ashley Johnson (Ellie in The Last of Us) in the song. She voices Calliope, who joins Bailey’s Grace in “Adrift.”  Grammy-nominated composer Austin Wintory (Journey, The Pathless, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate) says this recording is actually a live one. Sea of Stars is one of the most anticipated RPGs of the year and even graced Game Informer’s cover back in March. While the game is heading to all platforms, its playable demo has only been available on Switch. Today, it’s PlayStation fans’ turn to sample the upcoming title. A PlayStation Blog post reveals that you can download the demo on PlayStation consoles, which unfolds in an out-of-context, spoiler-free slice of the game. From Software and Bandai Namco have rolled out a 12-minute gameplay walkthrough of Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon.  Players get a good look at the game’s combat, a titanic boss fight, some of the rival AC pilots, and an explosive tour of the decaying world of Rubicon. Bandai Namco is airing a 12-minute livestream on Twitch and YouTube on July 25 at 7 a.m. Pacific/10 a.m. Eastern. Dying Light developer, Techland has announced a partnership with Tencent that will see the massive Chinese holdings company become the studio’s majority shareholder. In a blog post penned by Techland founder and CEO Paweł Marchewka, he explains the studio has partnered with Tencent for support of its continued expansion of the Dying Light series and to ensure its upcoming fantasy RPG lives up to expectations. “Teaming up with Tencent will allow us to move full speed ahead with the execution of the vision for our games,” Pawel writes. “We have chosen an ally who has already partnered with some of the world's finest video game companies and helped them reach new heights while respecting their ways of doing things.” Pawel states that he will remain CEO, and Techland will retain full ownership of its IPs. He also assures the studio has full creative freedom....
