Psycarrotの主な攻撃は、プレイヤーキャラクターに向かって撃つサイケ光線。
ノーマルモードでは、ダメージ判定のある人参を飛ばし、プレイヤーを妨害。サイケ光線と同時に攻撃をしてくる。
